Battersea Dogs Home presently have a lot of Jack Russell and Jack Russell types looking for new homes. While every dog has his or her own character, rescue Terriers tend to have special requirements. The following criteria is what we need to rehome our Terriers;

• "Hands on" experience of owning a Terrier


• A good knowledge of their feisty and active characters


• Adult household (sorry, no children)


• Time to spend on training and keeping his/her brain active


• Suburban or rural environment with good exercise facilities


• Generally only some of the Terriers in our care aren't good with cats


• Minimal leaving hours
