Mighty Max

Max originally came in to Battersea in December 2007 as he couldn't be left on his own and the neighbours were complaining about Max barking, due to this he cannot be left alone for long. Max was rehomed but sadly returned after a few days as he was not getting on with the other dogs within the house. Although Max is a young Labrador, he has very high energy levels compared to most and will need active outdoor loving owners to provide the stimualtion he needs on a daily basis, he is not your average pet dog. Max is intelligent and very trainable, he hasn't had much training or social work in the past and new owners will need to dedicate time to this. Previously housetrained and travelled well in a car. Due to history he cannot live with another dog or children, potential to be possessive over food or similar high value items. Max will need experienced owners ideally used to Labradors, Collies, Spaniels or similar high energy types to understand his needs and traits. Ideal dog for owners interested in participating in agility, flyball or similar doggy activities.
