Little Squirt is a bubbly and affectionate youngster who gets on with everyone -- people, strangers, other dogs and even cats! She has a lovely trusting nature even though she has had a tough start in life. Abandoned with a very sore skin condition that happily has now healed [see her 'before' photo on the right below] this youngster has endured her long and sometimes painful treatment without complaint or loosing her trust in people. For the past six weeks Little Squirt has been in a foster home with a male staffie and a confident cat but now she is better she needs committed owners to help guide her on the right path in life.
Her foster mum and dad adore her and say she is quick to learn and already knows a lot of the basics. Little Squirt is also:
* Housetrained
* Crate trained and fine to leave in the crate for 4 hours or so
* Loves cuddles and people
* Great with other dogs

Little Squirt could live with a calm mature dog who would be a good role model for her but would probably benefit more from being the only dog in the house for the sake of her training, however she would need regular socialising with other doggy friends. As Squirt is still young she can become over excited, so she is not suitable with young children, but would be fine with teens of 14 years old who will be sensible and respectful with her. Oh, yes -- and she can live with a cat.

Squirt will need to live in a house with a garden to give her space for burn offs and to help with training.

If you think you can give this lovely natured girl the time and dedication she needs please contact us on 0207 6279234 and quote her reference number 08/01551 or just come down and register. However anyone who is interested in rehoming Little Squirt will need to chat to our vet first about her skin.
