Bill was brought to Battersea as a stray, our Lost Dogs and Cats Line managed to locate an owner but they sadly did not want him back. Due to the way he arrived at Battersea we have limited history on him but he is not coping well in the kennel environment.

Bill is looking for experienced owners, ideally owners should have knowledge or experience of Terriers to understand his needs and traits. Bill may be small but is energetic and has a big character, he will need active owners to keep up with him.

Bill is a social boy and interactive with people he knows, like many Terriers he does have a slight independent and stubborn streak. In his previous home Bill was mainly housetrained and really enjoyed car travel. He will need further training and with a firm and fair approach he is a trainable dog.

In his previous home Bill was anxious when left on his own for any period of time, he will need owners around the majority of the time to help combat this problem. Bill has been crate trained and it is advisable that new owners continue with the use of this especially when leaving him on his own.

Unfortunately Bill cannot live with other dogs or cats, he loves to hunt and may be prone to chasing rabbits or small pets. Little Bill is a fun lad with so much potential, if you are a Terrier enthusiasts then he could be the dog for you.
