Jimmy Russell is a male Jack Russell terrier. He came in as a stray to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in October 2005. He is now approximately 2-3 years old. Jimmy Russell is a sparky, cheeky little character who can have a wary edge at times. He can initially be nervous but once he comes out of himself he can be a cocky, stubborn little man who has terrier traits in abundance!
Jimmy Russell is looking for:
- People with experience of owning terriers
- A home in a quite, semi - rural area with exercise areas, which are not used by too many other dogs. Jimmy does not enjoy meeting other dogs and will try to keep himself away from them.
- An adult household would be preferable but he could live with older teens depending on their experience. New owners will need to be able to read his body language, so they can give him space, so no young children.
- Not to live with another dog as he will gain little from the interaction but would benefit from a group of doggy friends to walk with. They should be mature, relaxed and not pushy.
