Chiko is a 1 year old male German Shepherd Dog who came into Battersea Dog & Cats Home in December 2005. Chiko is an intelligent, cheeky young chap who loves to think the world revolves around him! He picks up training really quickly and has the potential to form a strong bond. Chiko was seen by the Behavioural Unit at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home for his behaviours concerning possession over food and toys and has been worked on by the team. Owners must be willing to dedicate time to training, following a programme advised by the Behaviour team at Battersea. Chiko is young, smart and has bags of potential in the right home. Chiko is looking for:
- Owners who have experience of strong willed dogs & are prepared to put in a lot of training.
- A semi-rural or rural environment.
- An calm, adult household without any children.
- Could live with an older female dog if they are a good match.
