He is a fun and sociable young lad with a real cheeky character.
He is an active and bright boy. He will need new owners which have had experience with boisterous and cheeky dogs and are able to set the ground rules from day one.
Billy could possibly live with a mature female dog that has lived with a dog before and can be a good role model.
He can live with older teenagers that are used to dogs and can help with his training.
