Billy was brought to Battersea as a stray so we have limited information about his past, he is a powerful and boisterous boy needing further training and guidance. Billy has traits of both breeds and is very loving, he will make a loyal addition once settled in his new home.

Billy is looking for experienced and confident owners to continue his training and cope with his boisterous and strong side. A secure garden is needed for Billy as he easily pops over low fences and also needs an area to burn off some of his energy. Social with other dogs but can be chase orientated, he could possibly live with a similar sized active female.

Billy was recently rehomed but sadly returned after a short period as his new owners felt he was too powerful for them to cope. In that home Billy was housetrained, travelled well in a car and was fine to be left for short periods. Billy is strong when being walked on a lead but when using a headcollar he is much easier to control and does not pull.

Unfortunately Billy cannot live with cats or young children, teenagers would be considered. Once settled Billy could be left for short periods but being such a people loving dog he may not be happy being left for long in the future.

If you feel you can offer this handsome boy a home please contact the rehoming team at Old Windsor on 01784 494443 or come to one of our centres for a registration interview.
