Tigger

Tigger weighed in at a mighty 11.6 kilos when he arrived. He didn't just tip the scales; he very nearly broke them! Since then, he may have lost a little bit of weight, as he has been hiding under his blanket and been on hunger strike for a week. Happily, he has now decided that things are not quite as awful as he first thought, and he has been showing us what a beautiful big purry boy he can be. Tigger is used to living a quiet and sedentary life with his previous elderly owner: he needs to go to a calm adult household with people who are strong-minded enough to keep him on a diet, encourage him to play and take exercise. He will need a garden in which to practise his somersaults and stairs would be a bonus. After he has done all his huffing and puffing, he will need to be groomed as he is too large to reach round and do it for himself. Tigger is a lovely boy, who just needs someone to bring out the magnificent cat in him.
