Phoebe has been back to Battersea twice, through no fault of her own, or indeed of anybody else. This is what Phoebe needs:
- an experienced home, preferably of the breed.
- a quiet, stable and mature household, with no major lifestyle changes anticipated, particularly no babies during her lifetime.
- no children.
- no other cats or dogs
- preferably to live outside London or, if in London with a secure garden where she cannot get out. Unfortunately, as Phoebe is a pedigree British Short Hair, there is more of a risk of her being stolen.
Phoebe is an affectionate cat, on her terms, and will need some time to settle in her new home. She is not keen on being picked up "at random" and will grumble a little bit if you do so. Let her come to you, rather than going after her for cuddles.
No doubt, she will become increasingly affectionate once a bond has been established.
Phoebe has a Grade 1 heart murmur. An X-ray of her chest has shown that her heart is within normal limits. Prospective owners would need to speak to a Battersea vet prior to rehoming
If you can say yes to all of the above, please come in to Battersea to register or leave a message for Ros on 020 7627 9234 or email: [email protected].
