Gizmo

We seem to have been seeing quite a few stout parties here in Battersea recently, and the latest supersized model is Gizmo.

Weighing in at 8.4 kilos, she is about twice the size that she should be. Gizmo came in because she was fighting with the other cat in her previous home, and she does sometimes have her little hissy fits when she sees all the other cats around her in the Cattery.

For the most part, she is generous with her affections and likes being stroked and groomed just about as much as she likes chicken.

Gizmo would prefer a calm, adult household and needs a home with some stairs and also a garden.

Her new people must be committed to continuing with her weight loss programme and must be strong-minded enough not to give in to her pleading looks. Keep her out of the way at meal times.
