Garlic came to us as a gift due to no fault of his own due to an allergy in the family.

He is a long haired cat, with some grooming issues, so is looking for an owner who has dealt with a longhaired cat before.

He has a timid nature and does not seem to come to you for a fuss you really do have to encourage him, even just to get him out of his bed sometimes.

Once you have made friends with him he is very sweet and very loving and will even let tickle his tummy.

Although sweet natured, when a brush comes out this often changes, so will need somone who has the experience with long haired cats.

A typical ginger boy, he does not like or tolerate other cats, so will need to live on his own, and also in a low populated cat area.

Garlic is looking for the following things in his next home:

• house/flat with garden
  
• experienced owners of long haired cats
  
• someone at home most of the time.
  
• could live with children 10 years + that are calm and gentle.
  
• would suit a quiet household.
  
• not to live with other cats
  
• could possibly live with a dog
